Please note that payment is required at the time of booking.
If you choose not to proceed with your appointment, a full refund will be provided where at least 48 hours' notice of cancellation is given.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee of $95.
Cancellations made on the day of the appointment, or failure to attend without notice (including forgetting an appointment), will incur the full session fee.
For appointments scheduled on a Monday, cancellation or rescheduling requests must be received by the preceding Friday, as weekends are considered out of hours.
If you are unwell and unable to attend in person, telehealth appointments are available as an alternative.

Day-of cancellations and non-attendance impact both clients waiting for an appointment and the therapist who has reserved and prepared that time specifically for you.

We offer sessions outside standard office hours to assist clients to attend amidst other commitments.
Sessions have been made available before work at 7:30am/7:45am and after 5:00pm.
Please be aware however these sessions do incur an ‘out of hours’ surcharge of $25, which is applied in addition to above standard session rate
